Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

At Balzanas, we want you to love your purchase! If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we offer a simple and efficient return process for most items.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
✔️ The return is initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.
✔️ The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
✔️ All tags, labels, and accessories are intact.

  • Bodysuits & Intimates (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift Cards
  • Clearance or Final Sale items

How to Initiate a Return

1️⃣ Complete the Return Form – Start your return by filling out the form here.
2️⃣ Ship the Item – Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
3️⃣ Processing & Refund – After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refund Details

💳 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
⏳ Processing Time: Please allow 10 business days for your refund to reflect in your account.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? Please return the original item and place a new order for the correct item.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@balzanas.com with:
📸 Photos of the item and packaging
📦 Your order number

We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
